A verified BizPro contractor posts a B2B review of your company. Reviews are held in moderation for up to 48 hours before publication.

You Have 14 Days to Respond

Before a review is finalized on your profile, you have 14 days to post a public response. Responding positively can reduce negative score impact.

Score Recalculated

Your BizPro Score™ is recalculated automatically within 24 hours of any new review, verified payment event, or dispute status change.

Dispute Filed? Score Held

If a payment dispute is filed against you, your score is frozen at current value for 30 days (escrow period). Resolving the dispute quickly minimizes score impact.

Score Visibility
